The creator of flavors. He develops our standardized recipes and writes the technical sheets with passion. Conductor of the stoves, he supervises the daily production to ensure that each lobster burger or duck breast comes out with perfect and constant quality.

Accountant
The procurement master. He juggles with our 3 suppliers to ensure that the kitchen never lacks anything. Rigorous and organized, he manages receptions, tracks expiration dates and orchestrates Friday inventories with a precision of watchmaker.

The expert in numbers and profitability. Present part-time, she tracks down the slightest financial anomaly. It is thanks to its rigorous analyses of our costs (Food Cost) and our margins per dish that La Marmite maintains its financial course.
